Mr. Rogan has degrees in Safety Engineering and Emergency Program Management. He served 21 years in the United States Air Force in the fields of Occupational Safety and Disaster Preparedness. During his last four years he served as the senior military liaison between civilian contractors developing safety and disaster preparedness equipment for the USAF and the Defense Management Agency for Acquisitions.
