4. Demonstrate an understanding of the actions to take if you experience or observe inappropriate and/or unlawful behavior, including how to deal with a complaint.
5. Protect both yourself and your employer by complying with all federal, state and employer requirements regarding harassment and illegal discrimination and being aware of the impact on your organization.

Upon completion of the course, the employee will be able to print a certificate of completion.
